“Before meeting Aluna I was severely depressed and suicidal. I had constant negative intrusive thoughts that were taking over my life. I had tried medication and therapy but that only made my symptoms worse.
After our first conversation on the phone, I felt hopeful that I could overcome my issues. “Facing the end of my 25-year marriage, I was in an emotional free fall and feeling deep emotional distress. Since childhood, I had been programmed with an “anxious attachment” style of connecting with others. I was terrified and full of “anxious-attachment dread” facing my divorce.
